ACCOUNTMANAGER BINNENDIENST

32-40 uur per week
A Little Lovely Company (ALLC) is een Nederlands lifestyle-merk voor kinderen, opgericht in 2014. Met het doel een
vleugje ‘loveliness’ in het dagelijks leven te brengen, is ALLC toegewijd aan het ontwikkelen van unieke
kwaliteitsproducten voor kinderen en baby's. Alle producten zijn originele designs, ontworpen met liefde en oog voor
detail, en vervaardigd volgens wereldwijde gezondheids- en veiligheidsnormen. A Little Lovely Company is een
internationaal merk en levert aan een groot netwerk van distributeurs en verkooppunten, groot en klein, in meer dan
50 landen. ALLC is op zoek naar een Accountmanager binnendienst voor 32 – 40 uur per week die in staat is de commerciële
belangen van ALLC bij bestaande en potentiële klanten te behartigen en op plezierige wijze contacten weet te leggen
en te onderhouden.


Doel van de functie

De Accountmanager binnendienst zorgt ervoor dat de gestelde omzetdoelstellingen worden gehaald of worden
overtroffen. Dit doet hij door de klantenkring van ALLC te behouden en te laten groeien met nieuwe klanten die voor
ALLC waardevol zijn.

 

Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden;

  • Aangaan en uitbreiden van relaties met klanten;
  • Opstellen overeenkomst nieuwe klanten i.s.m. derden;
  • Beheer klantenbestand;
  • Begeleiden van klanten bij het doen van hun aankoop;
  • Opvolgen van commerciële verzoeken, vragen en klachten van (nieuwe) klanten;
  • Initiëren en onderhouden van klantcontacten via o.a. telefoon, mail en in voorkomende gevallen face to face;
  • Zoeken en signaleren van nieuwe klanten en nieuwe verkoopkanalen;
  • Oplossingen bieden bij problemen en klachten;
  • Genereren, opvolgen en beheren accountplan;
  • In kaart brengen behoefte van de diverse klanten;
  • Volgen van ontwikkelingen in de markt: komt met (verbeter)voorstellen;
  • Samenwerken met design, marketing, logistiek en inkoop;
  • Het gezicht van ALLC tijdens beurzen en evenementen in zowel binnen- als buitenland.

Gestelde eisen, wat wij vragen;

  • Je hebt een passende Hbo-opleiding afgerond;
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht;
  • Je bent commercieel onderlegd;
  • Je bent in staat om een uitstekende onderhandeling te voeren;
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als Engels;
  • Je weet een relatie op te bouwen;
  • Je beschikt over een helikopterview en werkt resultaatgericht.

TEXTILE DESIGNER
24-32 hours per week

All products are original creations, designed with love and an eye for detail, and manufactured to meet worldwide healthy and safe standards. A Little Lovely Company is an international brand, supplying a close network of distributors and retail outlets, large and small, in over 50 countries.

ALLC is looking for an ambitious, creative and experienced textile designer, specialized in lifestyle products, fabric design, fashion or plush, preferably within the baby/children sector. The successful candidate must be a specialist in their chosen field, with a proven track record and have a portfolio of designs that reflect their talent.

We are looking for a skilled designer who understands the creative process, has the ability to develop commercially successful products, from start idea to final product, with full knowledge of all relevant production processes. A natural sense of taste and aesthetics is essential, as is being up-to-date with industry trends and market demands, understanding the essence of designing for a target audience, being passionate about your work and creating products, and being able to work within the design vision of A Little Lovely Company.

The successful candidate will work together in a small team and must be super proactive, passionate, innovative, have an eye for detail and continually strive towards excellence.

Tasks

  • Closely follow trends & developments in the branch
  • Develop new product/collection ideas and concepts, from start to finish
  • Prepare working drawings, production ready artwork, & spec sheets
  • Oversee sample development, including feedback and improvements
  • Oversee production process, including, when required, communication with manufacturers
  • Coordinate packaging design
  • Work together with the Creative Director

Requirements

  • Relevant HBO course - textile design/fashion design or similar
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in a commercial company – with preference in kid’s lifestyle, textiles, plush, or fashion
  • Natural passion for design
  • Experienced Adobe user
  • Basic level graphic design skills
  • Technical knowledge of all production process
  • International commercial mindset
  • High level of written English

We are looking for a skilled designer who understands the creative process, has the ability to develop commercially successful products, from start idea to final product, with full knowledge of all relevant production processes. A natural sense of taste and aesthetics is essential, as is being up-to-date with industry trends and market demands, understanding the essence of designing for a target audience, being passionate about your work and creating products, and being able to work within the design vision of A Little Lovely Company.
